Kristen Anderson is a speaker, educator, and author whose work explores the intersection of resilience, nervous system regulation, and human performance in sport and life.

Her keynotes combine her lived experience as an athlete and entrepreneur with neuroscience-informed tools for resilience, mental strength, and sustainable performance, woven together with a compelling personal story. After two cycling crashes at age 47 that permanently changed her body, Kristen returned to endurance sport to run her first marathon—qualifying for the world’s fastest and most prestigious race, the Boston Marathon.

Kristen speaks regularly to sport organizations, teams, conferences, and leadership groups on topics including resilience, mental strength, nervous system regulation, women and girls in sport, and Body Intelligence.
