She’s a sport leader providing individual and group coaching, workshops for athletes, coaches, and educators, and content development, all rooted in the Body Intelligence method—helping individuals understand and regulate their internal systems so they can perform with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
Mindset Coaching
Mental performance coaching for endurance athletes, teams, and sport communities.
As the Official Mental Strength Ambassador for the RBC GranFondo, Kristen is applying her Mental Performance System, designed to support cyclists preparing for the iconic Ride to Whistler.
From nervous system regulation to self-talk, hormone-aware training, and coaching support, the system helps riders develop the mental skills needed to start strong and finish stronger.

Human Performance Coaching
Private coaching for individuals seeking to improve performance, resilience, relationships, and overall well-being.
Kristen works with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and relational challenges. Her work also includes sexual health and performance coaching for men and women, supporting clients in developing confidence, connection, and embodied awareness.
Coaching sessions integrate the Body Intelligence framework with neuroscience-informed coaching, mindfulness, and relational psychology.

Education & Workshops
Kristen delivers workshops, curriculum, and training programs for athletes, teams, and organizations seeking to build resilience, self-regulation, and mental performance.
Programs combine sport science, neuroscience, and practical coaching tools to help participants translate internal awareness into confident action.
